Position Overview The Epic Patient Access Trainer (Learning Analyst I) delivers personalized and/or generalized learning programs that include workflow design, training, documentation, and workshops to OCHIN members. The Learning Analyst may specialize in a particular Epic subject, training program, or organizational function and monitors the effectiveness and impact of workflows and training using individual or group performance results analyses and session feedback. Training programs may include clinical or operational workflows, Practice Management, Primary Care/Specialty, Acute Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, Revenue Cycle, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, and/or Reporting areas. The Learning Analyst develops and maintains learning programs documentation, videos, and workflows. Essential Duties
- Delivers interactive training that meets the learning objectives of the training program while promoting and upholding OCHIN best practices to members.
- Perform workflow validation within the OCHIN Epic System.
- Gives feedback on the training, workflows, documentation, and videos.
- May assist and contribute to new learning program design, existing program enhancements, creation of lesson plans, workflows, and training aids
- Create and maintain notifications of new or updated learning materials
- Delivers interactive training that meets the learning objectives of the training program while promoting and upholding OCHIN best practices to members.
- Facilitates workflow design sessions to discover member operational and custom workflows while promoting best practices.
- Collects data and performs an in-depth analysis of member feedback from sessions, which can include one-on-one, in-the-field, and/or virtual support sessions.
- Contribute, and/or develop new training program design, existing program enhancements, creation of lesson plans, and training aids.
- Assist members with their personal build and integration of Epic OCHIN system with Revenue Cycle, Professional Billing and Reporting areas.
- Provide an intentional balance of instructional modalities to optimize the adult learner experience (tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video scripts, story boards, navigational text, quizzes, tests, etc.)
- Create engaging, inclusive, and adaptive learning material for OCHIN team members at all levels.
- Act as a workflow resource to members and OCHIN teams
- Design and maintain courses, including identifying key learning objectives, developing interactive, scenario-based learning experiences, and knowledge checks such as quizzes and competency exams for all of Learning Division including but not limited to Install Training, Enhancement Pack/Service Pack/Client Pack.
- Develop and maintain written deliverables including step-by-step user guide documentation, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, video/audio scripts, Visio/Lucid Chart workflow mapping, and other materials all of Learning Division including but not limited to Install Training, Enhancement Pack/Service Pack/Client Pack.
- Create and maintain interactive and non-interactive video content for all the Learning Division including Install Training, Workflow demos, Enhancement Pack/Service Pack/Client Pack.
- Create and manage OCHIN's robust workflow knowledge base.
- Facilitates User Acceptance testing for new members.
- Assist and/or support the development of new learning program designs, existing program enhancements, creation of lesson plans, workflow design, and training aids.
- Assist members with their personal build and integration of Epic OCHIN system which could include clinical or operational workflows, Primary Care/Specialty integration, Clinical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Revenue Cycle, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, and/or Reporting areas.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
- Understanding of change management skills
- Ability to travel nationally up to 50% for Install New Member Setup, User Acceptance Testing, onsite training, optimization, go live support, and member support
- Demonstrated project management skills and balancing competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently to complete tasks. Base knowledge of understanding theories, tools, and methods of adult learning.
- Minimum of 1 year experience, 2 or more years of experience preferred (as follows):
- At least 6 months of experience providing training, course development, instructional design, game designing, and technical writing.
- Healthcare certification and/or experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Inpatient in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
- Certification or Proficiency in Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, HIM or Identity is highly desired, and experience as a Credentialed Trainer for Cadence, Prelude or Grand Central is required, the ideal candidate will have experience in all patient access areas.
- 1+ years' experience preferred in Instructional Design to include: LMS architecture and deployment experience in a corporate environment, Conceptualizing, editing, and creating virtual learning or a related content for adult learners, Experience in a post-production continuous improvement environment with industry knowledge of standard workflows and content organization.

Work Location and Travel Requirements OCHIN is 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. Base Pay Overview The typical offer range for this role is minimum ($70,214) to midpoint ($87,767), with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position. Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
