We Require
Three years of experience in managing IT projects or IT business analysis involving project planning through completion Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Experience with multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Experience with creating and maintaining project plans, documentation, timelines, and reports for stakeholders and executive leadership Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines Experience with Microsoft Project and/or other Project Management Tools Experience in Government or Elections Technology Understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps Knowledge of County Government programs, the associated data and business functions, and an understanding of the County's budgeting and fiscal control procedures Knowledge of various office productivity software programs such as word processing, databases, spreadsheet programs, and communications software Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other equivalent certifications
Job Contributions
Oversees system projects by managing scope, cost, schedule, internal resources, and external vendors, while facilitating project management meetings-including standups, status updates, retrospectives, and requirements sessions-with team members, stakeholders, and other involved parties Assist the Business Analyst Manager with executive updates and meetings as necessary Creating & Updating Project Documents / Artifacts and Project Management Tools per County Standards and Guidelines Tracks weekly work effort and resource allocation, and resolves procedural, operational, and other project-related issues to ensure smooth project execution Engages in professional development, evaluates existing processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes Leads and manages the successful implementation of a technology solutions for the Elections Department Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and serves on various committees, teams and work groups Manages vendors that are key to the success of the project and validates that all vendors fulfill the terms of contract and deliverables. Maintains historical project records including financial documents (e.g., timecards and invoices) Ensures compliance with change control and quality management policies. Notify management of policy changes or exceptions in a timely manner
