Scope

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator Sr, you will manage and coordinate the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance brand recognition, engagement, and growth. You will be producing high-quality visual content for marketing and promotional materials. Work closely with the sales team to create and refine sales tools and materials including presentations and proposals to enhance sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage professional photography skills to deliver high-quality visual content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Administer special emphasis programs.
  • Build relationships with internal sales/marketing personnel, location management, and outside vendors. Support the Division's identified marketing initiatives including: written and graphic web content, and SEO position using available analytics and web tools; social media content and posts.
  • Lead the Division's digital marketing initiatives, including the development of written and graphic web content, SEO optimization using analytics and web tools, and the management of social media content and posts.
  • Utilize technical expertise to enhance site visitors' experience, ensuring the website is user-friendly, and engaging.
  • Design graphics for special sales events and promotions.
  • Manage the placement of product advertisements in trade publications and the purchase of promotional items for trade and dealer shows. Ensure all promotional activities are strategically aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create and distribute in-store merchandising materials.
  • Perform market research and analyze data from multiple sources (economic, sales, brand research, etc.) into actionable items.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: College Degree or equivalent work experience in related job function. Working conditions are an office environment with minimal physical exertion.

Preferred Qualifications: Typically 5-7 years of experience in related job function. May require professional certification. Professional experience in photography.
