New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is actively seeking a Planner resource for a 4-month Contract position with our client Compensation: $46.00 per hour The primary responsibility of a Planner is to oversee and coordinate the planning and development of work orders, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving strategic objectives. Job Responsibilities: Assess and interpret planning policies, regulations, and guidelines for work planning. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Facilities teams to develop and implement effective planning strategies. Analyse and contribute to the development of planning policies and procedures. Provide expert advice on planning matters to internal and external stakeholders. Utilize client CMMS system (SAP) to manage materials and work planning Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex planning processes. Education/Experience: Minimum High School Diploma Minimum 2 years Planning experience in a regulated Manufacturing enviornment Minimum 2 years Materials and Manpower Planning experience for a Mechanical Maintenance team Must have CMMS experience (preferably in SAP) Only candidates available and ready to work directly as NJAI/Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
