Casual/on-call

Weekend work required

Position Summary:

Responsible for conducting inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms and Doppler flow analysis of the heart and related structures for use by physicians in diagnosing heart disease and conducting heart studies.

Education/Experience:

Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of two years of occupationally-specific education or an Associate's degree in Cardiography, Ultrasound or a closely related field

Knowledge/Skills:

• Work requires the analytical skills to gather and interpret data in situations in which the information or problems are relatively routine.
• Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situation.
