Overview SRI's Center for Advanced Imaging is searching for a Process Development Engineer to join their team. The candidate will be part of a team to position SRI for continued growth in silicon CMOS, CCD, III-V and ROIC-based imaging technologies and products deployed in the commercial, government and military markets. The Process Development Engineer will work across SRI and with external foundries to develop advanced III-V processing technology. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cleanroom operations and of compound (especially InP-based) semiconductor processing and wafer fabrication, be able to develop new processes for new material and devices, understand semiconductor device physics, especially optoelectronic device physics, communicate well and work efficiently in a team environment. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow and lead a processing team. The position will be on-site in the Princeton, NJ office. Responsibilities
Developing, maintaining, and improving III-V semiconductor process for photonics devices

The salary range is: $101,592-$134,613/annually. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
