The Role We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable HR Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the HR People Business Partner, this dual-role position will support both HR operations and office management responsibilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of both HR processes and the day-to-day activities within the office environment. You will play a critical role in providing administrative support to the HR team, managing employee records, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Additionally, you will oversee office operations, including office supplies management, coordinating facilities, and supporting a positive office culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Skills
