Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator in Green Bay to manage the overall experience for those who visit Schneider's innovation center, The Grove. The Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day experience at The Grove, facilitate events, conduct community outreach and create collateral for visits.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the building is ready for customer meetings and special events and execute a world class experience when attendees arrive.
  • Establish agendas, coordinate logistics and create content for events and visits.
  • Proactively identify meetings and events consistent with the vision and mission of The Grove by networking within Schneider and in the community.
  • Create and facilitate new programming opportunities and events.
  • Represent Schneider's history of innovation, latest technology investments, innovation technology roadmap and partner ecosystem to educate visitors and answer questions.
  • Act as a friendly and approachable resource for visitors.
  • Resolve issues that arise during meetings and events, such as technology problems.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience creating presentations and videos.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
