Riveron is seeking an experienced IT professional who can use their technological knowledge and skills to accelerate Riveron's information technology journey of improving business applications, processes, and support.
In this role, you will manage and maintain Riveron's existing Salesforce CRM and supporting systems, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide expert-level support. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience as an administrator of Salesforce CRM and an understanding of interrelated CRM/CLM functionalities and product capabilities to enable sales and contracting processes, experience collaborating with Legal, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders, business process owners, and technical teams to identify and execute configuration and development tasks.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology/computer science or 5-7 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Salesforce CRM system.
  • Proven understanding of CLM processes and systems, to include template creation, redlining, customization of workflows, objects, smart fields, clauses, document assembly, integration with CPQ or other productivity tools.
  • Proven understanding of Salesforce processes and systems, to include major objects such as account, opportunity, contact, campaigns and leads; setting user permissions and access; adding/editing fields; configuring workflows and approvals; and working with integrations.
  • Understanding of security best practices related to Salesforce and Ironclad applications and secure coding practices.
  • Understanding of Dev/Ops methodology and practices.
  • Understanding of service management processes.
  • Experience working on Salesforce implementations.
  • Understanding of integrations / middleware platforms i.e. Boomi, Celigo, Tibco etc.
  • Salesforce or other professional certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal and contracting lifecycle processes is helpful.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience administering and supporting Ironclad CLM system is preferred.
  • Experience with Ironclad or other CLM solutions, HubSpot lead management and Form Assembly builder is preferred.
  • You have strong leadership and communication skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring a creative, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset. You are a critical thinker with a research-driven approach and a continuous desire to learn.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement change requests and solutions for various business requirements using Salesforce and Ironclad platforms.
  • Support ongoing day-to-day activities of Salesforce and supporting systems.
  • Troubleshoot and address user-reported issues.
  • Present solutions to stakeholders and project teams in the form of live demos as needed.
  • Support critical testing activities in test environments.
  • Support code reviews and deployments to production following industry best practices.
  • Partner with Riveron's external vendors for developing advanced solutions
  • Manage and coordinate system updates and maintenance releases.
  • Support system integrations related to Salesforce.
  • Follow agile methodology for application release and test phases.
  • Perform technical transition/knowledge transfer once project(s) are completed.
  • Set up backup and restore best practices.
The expected pay range for this position is $117,000 - $177,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
