Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the development and lifecycle management of products in the value-based healthcare domain. This role combines strategic thinking, user-centric design, and technical fluency to deliver impactful solutions that enhance patient outcomes, streamline clinical workflows, and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of healthcare data, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in product development and management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, engineers, and operations, to define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps that align with organizational goals and industry trends.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:



  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
  • Serve as a thought partner to product and engineering leadership to help scale IT products to better serve patients and internal partners
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data to improve healthcare services, patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop user-centric solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and industry best practices and constraints.



Product Development:



  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, requirements gathering, user stories, roadmap planning, and execution.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals, stakeholder input, and operational needs.
  • Support User Acceptance Test plan development and complete UAT on developed features and stories.



Stakeholder Engagement:



  • Partner with clinicians, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, clarify scope, and align priorities.


  • Conduct comprehensive user research to gain deep insights into the needs and behaviors of our members and clinical teams


  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives



Data Analytics and Insights:



  • Drive data-informed decision-making to improve system efficiency, scalability, and outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance product performance and system efficiency.



Product Roadmap Management:



  • Support the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability for future growth.
  • Regularly monitor key product metrics and conduct reviews to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies; experience with tools like Smartsheet, Azure Devops
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies and prioritize initiatives with business impact.
  • Proven success in partnering with engineering, clinical, and operational teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality products under tight deadlines while balancing tradeoffs.
  • You thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Adjusting strategies and priorities based on dynamic product or business needs.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and take initiative while empowering others to do the same
  • You understand the complexity of healthcare data and industry specific interoperability challenges



Education and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 + years in product development
  • 2 + years in healthcare with preferred experience in value-base care
  • Preferred Experience
