Position Summary The primary objective of the position is to independently build the strategy of the various patient journeys within the customer relationship (CRM), lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms (MAP). This role will independently develop high-quality and personalized communications within the CRM that drive engagement and conversion through data-driven optimization. This includes building email campaigns, segmenting target audiences, and reporting out metrics that align to the strategic goals and objectives of our campaigns. This role will help develop personalized experiences that bring value to our patients and increase the lifetime value of care to the health system. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
