About LISC Fund Management LISC Fund Management (LFM) leads the design, development, and deployment of impact investment funds in LISC's local markets nationwide. Visit us at www.liscstrategicinvestments.org About This Role The Executive Assistant to the President of LISC Fund Management (LFM) is a critical role that provides high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the efficient administrative function of the President's office. This position serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and acts as a liaison between the President's office and other departments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly organized professional with extensive experience supporting C-level executives in the financial services sector, possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. The Executive Assistant will manage the President's complex schedule, coordinate with multiple departments, and oversee administrative processes. The Executive Assistant will also play a crucial role in supporting organizational culture and representing the President's office in cross-functional initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of financial concepts related to LFM's work in real estate loans, small business lending, and community development. The successful candidate will be passionate about LISC's mission and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic operations of a leading Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) while supporting impactful community development initiatives.
