WHO YOU ARE:

You are a creative force. You know how to bring an idea to life, from the spark of a concept to the final cut. You think like a storyteller and execute like a showrunner, helping shape the creative direction of videos, campaigns, and brand assets that break through the noise. You're equal parts left brain and right brain: a meticulous project manager who thrives in timelines and task lists and a strategic creative partner who gets excited about big ideas, visual narratives and shaping brand voice.

At Snowflake, we're growing fast-and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. If you're comfortable owning the full creative lifecycle, collaborating with world-class talent, and crafting bold work that moves people, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Own the creative process for high-profile projects from brief to delivery-especially video projects and marquee events-bringing clarity, energy, and creative perspective at every stage.

  • Work hand-in-hand with other creatives (designers, editors, animators) to help shape ideas, develop concepts, and drive execution across video, digital, social, and event assets.

  • Craft project narratives that align with our brand strategy, partnering closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Events to ensure the story we tell is compelling and cohesive.

  • Drive reviews and approvals like a pro-managing feedback loops and making sure the final deliverables live up to the creative potential.

  • Champion great creative and help foster a culture of bold thinking, collaboration, and craft excellence across every touchpoint.

  • Continuously improve processes that allow the team to focus more on what matters-creating work that inspires and delivers impact.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:
  • 4+ years producing creative work across brand, campaign, video, or content teams-agency or in-house

  • Experience in B2B or tech is a plus, but your portfolio should show strong creative instincts regardless of the industry

  • A knack for translating abstract ideas into actionable plans-and helping others do the same

  • Deep understanding of creative production pipelines, from pre-pro to post

  • A calm, confident presence in fast-moving, feedback-heavy environments

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills-you know how to build trust and bring people along

  • High creative standards with the organizational chops to match

  • Ability to roll up sleeves and diving into the work while leading well under pressure

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike, Canva, and Google Workspace

  • A background in creative development, writing, art direction, or video production

  • A reel or portfolio of work you've produced that shows creativity, polish, and impact
