We are looking to hire a skilled *IT Support Technician* to join our team in *Boston, MA*! The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with device setup and configuration. This role is essential in maintaining the firm's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations for employees.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Install and configure hardware and software. * Provide technical support and resolve service issues, including network connectivity, hardware failures, and software troubleshooting. * Image computers and install necessary post-image software. * Manage hardware inventory and assist with rollouts and upgrades. * Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup and training. * Monitor and respond to support tickets, ensuring efficient resolution and documentation. * Perform meeting setups for video conferences, presentations, and network connectivity. * Offer after-hours support during on-call rotations and emergency situations. * Assist Level 3 teams with specialized processes. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma required. * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software, and installing PC and peripherals. * Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, and network communication concepts. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. *Skills:* Windows 10 | Office 365 | Intune | Technical Support | Customer Service | Active Directory | Hardware | Troubleshooting This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including nights and weekends, and serve as essential personnel during emergencies or inclement weather. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
