Production Working Leader - Night Shift

Position Summary
In charge of leading and overseeing the efforts of the production team, ensuring projects are carried out in adherence to the department goals and timelines. Provides knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice to your team. The leader is responsible for knowing the proper procedures for team members to follow and ensuring that they comply. The leader must be able to keep the area organized and orderly according to RBS 6S standards. The leader must be trustworthy, dependable and self-motivated. He or she must have self-controlled to maintain character and follow through in any situation.

Major Responsibilities:
* Guide and instruct direct and indirect team members in their daily assignments
* Assign daily task/jobs to team members
* Ensure that all Safety policy are followed by team members throughout the facility
* Communicate company goals to team members daily
* Lead team members in Kaizens or events using the RBS Systems guidelines to become a Tool Champion and maintain Tool Champion status

Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays

Required Education / Experience / Skills:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
