Role: OTM Project Manager

Job Level: Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Full Time only

Job Summary:

Design, develop and maintenance of Oracle transportation Management and Global Trade Management application.

Job Description:

Develop comprehensive OTM solutions to address business needs, including system configurations and integrations.

Configure OTM workflows, automation agents, and business rules to streamline operations.

Design custom extensions, reports, and dashboards to enhance OTM functionalities.

Provide guidance to development teams on OTM implementation and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.

Manage data migration, transformation, and performance optimization during OTM deployments.

Work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and project success.

Prepare detailed design documents, system blueprints, and test scripts to support OTM implementations

Minimum Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle OTM, SQL and integration tools.

Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in OTM implementations and cloud transformation projects.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a track record of resolving complex technical issues.

Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

OTM/GTM latest certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
