The
Senior Manager of Enterprise Product Operations will be responsible for leading the development and adoption of strategies that enable Cox Automotive's Product team to deliver top-quality products. This role involves managing shared product management standards across
Cox Automotive and overseeing initiatives that promote product management excellence.
This position works cross-functionally with key partners throughout the product development lifecycle to define and implement best practices. The Senior Manager will also develop learning programs to educate team members on topics aimed at enhancing the Product organization and driving the adoption of enterprise standards. This role is dedicated to ongoing improvement in product development and management practices, ensuring that the efforts of our Product team members have maximum impact. The person in this position will be part of the core team that identifies, develops, and administers various enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at improving Product Operations across portfolios and initiating broad changes. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset, broad thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities. The Senior Manager will work to implement, manage, improve, and scale different subject matter areas and competencies. There will be a specific focus on accelerating discovery, enabling client feedback throughout the lifecycle, driving efficiency, and enhancing alignment, communication, and processes related to the products developed and managed by the Cox Automotive Product and Technology Group (CAPTG). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collaborating with matrixed teams to build relationships, understand needs, and consult on effective ways to address them, all while driving change and improvement. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think through broad needs across the enterprise are essential for success in this role. Accountable for improvements in product discipline maturity within Enterprise Technology Enterprise Stewardship: Partner with Product Operations, Product Readiness teams, as well as other teams internal to the Product COE and CAPTG to coordinate efforts and promote awareness for Product Operations initiatives. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
