Do you have strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills? Our leading client is looking for a Kitting Specialist in Acton, MA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM | $23.10 per hour What You'll Do: The Kitting Specialist is responsible for operating systems and equipment such as computers, ERP software (AX), and printers to manage and track material movement accurately. The role includes handling and delivering raw materials to Cleanroom cells, maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas, and ensuring timely replenishment of the Kitting Room and Cleanroom. Duties also include forklift operation (training provided), silicone mixture preparation, end-of-shift cleanup, shift reporting, and participation in safety and team meetings. Additional responsibilities may include training others, assisting other departments like Shipping and Receiving, and performing general tasks such as cycle counting and housekeeping. Qualifications:
