Job Title: Web Developer Location: Allen Park, MI. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in website development and database management (SQL). Strong understanding of software maintenance and IT system administration. Familiarity with Google Platform Cloud services, Alteryx for data analytics, and Click for application development. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications. Knowledge of IT security best practices. Job Summary: The Web Developer is responsible for the overall development, maintenance, and administration of websites, system applications, and metrics used by the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and other departments. This role requires expertise in web development, database management, and software maintenance while ensuring compliance with OEM IT security and control standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Cloud, SQL, Alteryx, and Click as part of their technical toolkit. Responsibilities:** Provide Technical Assistance Request and Prior Approval Application. Offer Local IT Assistance and maintain Cost Cap Application functionalities. Develop and support web applications for Recall & Service Quality (SSSC) initiatives. Manage resource management tools & training (TACOS / THRM) and maintain Metrics (GDIA). Support HAR (Helpdesk Assistance Request) for global partners, ensuring 24/7 availability. Plan for and respond to changes in technology and IT systems. Operate IT systems in compliance with OEM IT security and control standards. Support GTAC IT project progress and potential pilot programs.
