Description

The primary function is to perform duties and responsibilities for the medical outpatient clinic of the Neuroscience Institute which includes but is not limited to Psychiatry and Neurology. This position aids in the courteous and efficient operation of the clinical reception area.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications vary based upon type of position. Hourly Salaries also vary based upon type of position.

1) High School graduate or equivalent; AND

2) Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 1 year of work experience and/or training which provided knowledge of clinical procedures and training in vital signs and patient prep for exams, sterilization and maintenance of instruments and equipment, and assisting with examinations and minor surgical procedures
