ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  • Create and report production statistics: Provide daily, monthly quarterly numbers for all work centers including OEE, throughput, productivity, efficiency numbers and update the plant Process Based Leadership System accordingly.
  • Analyze Manufacturing Scrap Data and Provide trend data for overall material waste performance.
  • Update the Quality Database on a weekly basis and provide monthly summary based on root cause data for nonconformances.
  • Updating Pay for Performance data on a Weekly basis for teams to measure their productivity, scrap, safety, and quality performance to target for plant bonus system.
  • KPI Data: Update operation metric goals on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Complete BOM, Master Routing Updates, and complete ECO's to include raw material consumption, labor utilization, and run rate information for manufacturing routings.
  • Operations software support for Enterprise Asset Management, Safety Management System, and Process Based Leadership System.
  • Data Reporting Tools Creation in MS Access or other programs for Short Interval Control, QUEST, Machine Settings References, and HR Turnover.
  • Coordinator for the High School Manufacturing Co-Op program.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)



  • High school graduation/GED plus five (5) years manufacturing experience including two (2) years of data collection and analysis experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal associates and designated external contacts.
  • Experience with PBL Software strongly preferred. JD Edwards and ERP system skills in item set up, report creation & data analysis preferred.

  • Must be able to communicate face-to-face and over the phone
  • Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
