Associate Decision Support Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Sales and Finance leadership to evaluate and approve sales opportunities
• Have an aptitude for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles to increase revenue while reducing costs

• Monitor financial records and provide capital and investment analyses, including payback period, IRR and DCF
• Evaluate new business opportunities, project-related analyses and presentations, management reporting and other ad-hoc analyses
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational reporting
• Analyze the financial and operational performance of new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field

Experience:

• 3+ years of financial analysis experience

Skills:

• Able to develop and implement complex financial models
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Financial, analytical and interpersonal English communication
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team while maintaining flexibility and embracing change
• Able to manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

• Master's degree in business administration or a related field

Experience:

• Experience with Salesforce
