***English follows*** L'offre Sous la direction du directeur, eMobility pour l'Amerique du Nord, la personne a ce poste dirigera les ventes et le developpement commercial pour les solutions de recharge pour les parcs de vehicules electriques d'Hitachi Energy a l'echelle de l'Amerique du Nord. Cela comprend l'elaboration et la mise en uvre d'une strategie de mise sur le marche pour atteindre les principaux objectifs de rendement (p. ex., commandes, marges, delais de livraison). La personne retenue devra gerer le developpement des affaires au pays et a l'etranger, y compris les ententes commerciales, la tarification, les propositions, l'evaluation des risques et les strategies de vente. This includes crafting and executing a go-to-market strategy to meet key performance targets (e.g., orders, margins, delivery timelines). The role involves managing domestic and international business development, including commercial agreements, pricing, proposals, risk assessments, and sales strategies. The candidate will also act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring competitive bids, profitable orders, and customer satisfaction through cost-saving initiatives and high-impact solutions.
