Sous la direction du directeur, eMobility pour l'Amerique du Nord, la personne a ce poste dirigera les ventes et le developpement commercial pour les solutions de recharge pour les parcs de vehicules electriques d'Hitachi Energy a l'echelle de l'Amerique du Nord. Cela comprend l'elaboration et la mise en uvre d'une strategie de mise sur le marche pour atteindre les principaux objectifs de rendement (p. ex., commandes, marges, delais de livraison). La personne retenue devra gerer le developpement des affaires au pays et a l'etranger, y compris les ententes commerciales, la tarification, les propositions, l'evaluation des risques et les strategies de vente. Elle agira egalement a titre de conseiller strategique aupres des principaux intervenants, en veillant a ce que les offres soient concurrentielles, a ce que les commandes soient rentables et a ce que la clientele soit satisfaite grace a des initiatives de reduction des couts et a des solutions a impact eleve.

Votre experience

  • Etudes : baccalaureat en ingenierie (obligatoire).

  • une experience dans le domaine de la recharge des vehicules electriques ou du transport est un atout.

  • Competences : Excellentes competences en communication, planification strategique, evaluation des risques et gestion des relations avec la clientele.

  • Langues : Bilinguisme en anglais et en francais, un atout.

  • Voyages : 30 a 40 % des voyageurs voyagent en Amerique du Nord et a l'etranger.

The opportunity

Under the direction of the North American eMobility Director, the candidate will lead sales and business development for Hitachi Energy's EV Fleet charging solutions across North America. This includes crafting and executing a go-to-market strategy to meet key performance targets (e.g., orders, margins, delivery timelines). The role involves managing domestic and international business development, including commercial agreements, pricing, proposals, risk assessments, and sales strategies. The candidate will also act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring competitive bids, profitable orders, and customer satisfaction through cost-saving initiatives and high-impact solutions.

Your Background

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (required).

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales, marketing, or product management; experience in EV charging or transportation is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong communication, strategic planning, risk assessment, and customer relationship management.

  • Languages: Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

  • Travel: 30-40% travel across North America and internationally.
