Position Details: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Disaster Recovery Resiliency Engineer to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our enterprise-wide disaster recovery (DR) program. This individual will serve as the technical backbone of our BCDR team, helping to translate business requirements into reliable recovery solutions. The ideal candidate combines infrastructure or cloud engineering skills with a strong understanding of risk, availability, and continuity planning. This role is critical in ensuring the resilience of our IT systems and services during and after significant disruptions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, project management skills, and leadership acumen to build a robust and compliant DR framework. You will drive compliance of global business units with Grainger's Global Business Continuity Management activities with Grainger's IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Program.
