This role will work across multiple business and technical teams ranging from the New York Stock Exchange, ICE Data Services, ICE Futures and Options, and ICE Mortgage Technologies. This role is part of our global CRM Development team working on the Salesforce SaaS platform. ICE utilizes most features offered from Salesforce including Sales, Service, Marketing, Tableau, and customized applications. The role will have a chance to utilize the latest technologies in Salesforce to improve our business processes and customer experience. This position requires technicalproficiency as well as an eager attitude, professionalism, and solid communication skills. Passionate about Salesforce and CRM solutions, including best practices with emerging technologies around AI. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other internal groups to translate business and functional requirements into technical implementation for the automation of existing processes and the development of new applications
- Communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms, understand business requirements, and propose solutions
- Manage projects from specification gathering, development, QA, user acceptance testing, and deployment to production
- Prepare and present proposals and/or solutions to management and stakeholders
- Reconcile conflicting requirements with stakeholders
- Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for tools developed by the team
- Participate in meetings and organize work and/or training sessions around new software being introduced into the ICE technology environment
- Share knowledge and implement best practices in day-to-day activities
- Continually learn and enhance technical knowledge and skills
- Produce actionable platform requirements and specifications for development teams
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in technology, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years' experience as a business analyst with emphasis on Software Development
- Experience supporting business partners in various groups such as Marketing, Support, Services and Partners on a global enterprise system.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
- Ability to Implement/Deliver CRM Solutions within Salesforce including Sales, Service and Experience Cloud Customization (i.e. Page Layouts, Record Pages, Dynamic Actions, Permissions, Validations Rules, Flows, etc.) and an understanding of how to use the Salesforce Data Loader or similar tool.
- Hands-on experience with software release cycles and deployment protocols.
- Experience with end-to-end release management activities and supporting release planning, scheduling, and deployment operations.
- A basic understanding of web applications, data structures, HTML
- Data analysis skills and competence in MS Word and Excel
- End-to-end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to define the project scope, establish a timeline, coordinate assets, communicate status, and run the delivery of results.
- Solid multi-tasking, time management & organization skills with the ability to lead multiple and often changing priorities as well as the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with reports, data management/data manipulation and dashboards with the ability to organize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as with business partners and technical teams.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including Case Management and Communities is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Agile Software development methodology and proficiency in Agile management tools including Jira for creating user stories.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool for data visualization
- Minimal travel up to 10%

- Experience with SQL and Database Technologies (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Experience with Web Services / Web APIs including both SOAP and REST
