Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded leader to serve as the Global Head of Strategic Accounts for our Risk Intelligence business. This individual will own and execute our global strategy for top-tier strategic accounts, expanding our footprint within the most critical clients across all regions. You will manage a high-performing team of three Regional Strategic Account Specialists (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and collaborate cross-functionally to deepen relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and drive enterprise growth.

This is a player-coach role-requiring both strategic oversight and direct client engagement at the most senior levels. The ideal candidate blends consultative selling, executive presence, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the global strategic account program across all regions, aligned to our Risk Intelligence commercial objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of regional Strategic Account Specialists, ensuring consistent execution, coaching, and performance across regions.
  • Develop and maintain deep, C-level relationships with decision-makers and influencers at our most important global accounts.
  • Coordinate and align global sales motions, ensuring each region is delivering localized value while supporting a unified strategic framework.
  • Partner with Sales Directors, Product, and Customer Success to drive cross-sell, up-sell, and solution adoption within strategic accounts.
  • Create and track account-specific plans and KPIs, identifying and managing against growth opportunities, retention risks, and whitespace.
  • Serve as the global voice of the customer across internal forums, influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of successful experience in strategic sales, account management, or sales leadership within Risk Intelligence, financial technology, compliance, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior executives, influencing decision-making processes at the highest levels.
  • Deep understanding of the compliance, KYC, AML, and broader risk management landscape.
  • Proven track record in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets through strategic account growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into actionable strategies and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficient in Salesforce and Tableau for strategic reporting and decision-making
