Mustang Cat is hiring a dependable Will Call Clerk to support our Houston parts operations. This position ensures a smooth and accurate pick-up process for customer orders while maintaining an organized and safe workspace. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with pick-up orders in a fast-paced environment
• Perform core inspections to ensure order accuracy before hand-off
• Manage unclaimed parts and notify customers of orders ready for pickup
• Handle returns and paperwork for the customer pick-up area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse or parts role
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Proven ability to operate forklifts safely
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
