Front Desk Customer Service Representative

A large, well-known retailer is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and support our sales team and managers. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. $16-$18.50hr

Key Responsibilities:

  Greet and assist customers in person with payments, financing applications, merchandise pickups, and general inquiries

  Interact with sales professionals and management to ensure smooth operations

  Process and deposit checks; prepare daily bank deposits

  Scan documents and maintain supplies at sales kiosks

  
  
• 
  

  Keep the front desk area organized and customer-ready

  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

  Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
