Putting into operation
* Learn about tools and software related to the project
* Respect treatment procedures and instructions
Producing
* Detect anomalies concerning the utilization of files and alert coordinators
* Receive customer data directly
* Ensure production tasks by minimizing production time according to your profile and given
instructions
* Apply the graphic concept briefed or produced by the art directors for the production of a
final document, while respecting the client's visual identity or product
* Carry out self-quality control by using the checklist
* Enter the time spent for production in the management tool
* Follow on-going projects
* Report the progress of the project
* Follow the statements of the quantities produced
* Challenging the brief, delivering the expected and the unexpected in your response
* Helping Junior and Middleweight designers to stay on track, being a support for their
creativity
* Understand the client need, adding insight and richness to the design brief
* Presenting with confidence and clarity and objectivity, enabling debate, taking on board the
views of others and positively giving feedback to drive improvement
Brand referent
* Understand the brand communication objectives and strategy of which you are the referent,
to identify and analyze the customer's need
* Help facilitate the production of files internally
- By maintaining and updating the internal database (Keys Visuels, graphic elements,
brand guidelines, guidelines)
- By supporting and advising for Designers (Design to use, history of brand guidelines and
files processed be creative and graphic solutions)
* Have a clear vision of the files processed in Mauritius (follow-up of incoming briefs, refusals
and client assignments)
Delivering
* Prepare the document before the execution phase
* Be involved into the delivery process
* Take notes for invoicing and billing information
Reporting
* Work in close cooperation with the studio manager, the art director and the project manager
throughout the various production phases: anomalies, alerts, regular reporting
Administration:
* Follow SOPs in place
* Document filing and excellent writing skills
* Disciplined and developed organizational skills
* Rigorous and logical mind with attention to details
* Effective personal organisation methodology
* Ensure traceability of what is done
