Amplity Proposal Center of Excellence

Description

The Proposal Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Amplity's Proposal Center of Excellence (COE) by managing the development of meaningful, high-quality proposals and presentations. This role also includes a critical business analysis component, which further supports strategic and successful proposals and proactive business development efforts. The position requires strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time salaried remote position with minimal travel required. Amplity provides a base salary, full benefit package including 401K, medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, paid holidays and more.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development & Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including scheduling and leading relevant meetings with business stakeholders, creating and enforcing development timelines, and coordinating with opportunity owners to maximize impact with clients.
  • Own the drafting, editing, and formatting of proposal content in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and internal standards.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for proposal messaging
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SME) contributions and track assignments.
  • Perform consistent quality control of proposal documents, enhance formatting, and prepare deliverables.
  • Maintain and update the Amplity proposal and content libraries, along with relevant tracking mechanisms (CRM, project trackers, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Support the development of customized responses to client RFPs, RFI's and proactive requests for client presentations content across business lines.
  • With guidance from the Sr Director of Proposal Strategy, support the development of processes and content to bolster effectiveness of the COE and support Amplity's business goals

Business Analysis Support

  • Analyze industry and account-level data to identify growth opportunities
  • Support business development campaigns by generating insights related to new opportunities
  • Provide accurate depiction of data for inclusion in presentations and proposals
  • Maintain and grow information technology expertise and competitive product knowledge across relevant areas
  • As needed, compile and generate weekly/monthly reports to support leadership decision-making

The Proposal Manager may assist the Sr Director of Proposal Strategy with larger strategic bids or may work independently on assigned projects.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management, business analysis, or sales operations (pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel); advanced PowerPoint skills a plus.
  • Experience with proposal management tools (e.g., Qvidian) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

Credentialing Requirements:

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. It is the Company's expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.

Additionally, certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time, representatives working in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses. This list may be subject to change, including the potential for additions or modifications. In the event of any significant changes, you will be notified accordingly.
