WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
- Associate Data Scientist: $85,000-$105,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Data Scientist: $105,000-$125,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, outliers, and patterns in complex data environments to provide answers to business questions using a variety of analytical techniques.
- Develop and interpret univariate and multivariate statistical models, such as linear or logistic regression, time series, and other parametric or non-parametric models that predict business metrics.
- Enable and augment generative AI based solutions with internally gathered prompt data to support self-service analytics and business processes optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards across various business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver self-serve analytical capabilities that support our data strategy and operational goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, information systems, software engineering, related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years developing with preferred business intelligence tools (Tableau, SAP Business Objects, SSRS, and Power BI).
- Proficient in core technical skills including SQL and programming languages such as Python, with the ability to utilize these tools for statistical analysis, machine learning models and generative AI solution development.
- Comfortability with ambiguity and change, demonstrated high developmental and technical agility, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and bringing clarity to undefined problems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and capable of critical thinking, with a structured approach to problem-solving and an ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Experience in data science, machine learning techniques, or any other advanced analytical field.
- Experience with Snowflake and its evolving suite of analytical, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of finance, insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices.
