What You'll Do: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to play a crucial role in the design, installation, and optimization of machinery and equipment used in the extraction, processing, and transportation of aggregates (such as sand, gravel, crushed stone). Ensure operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations, contributing to the overall productivity and profitability of aggregate facilities. Hands-on problem solver, working with heavy machinery in demanding environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven project management abilities, and the skill to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders. This role involves hands-on engineering and oversight from concept through construction while maintaining effective communication with plant operators to VP's. Unusual Working Conditions May be required to lift equipment up to 50 pounds. Must be aware of construction site and mining hazards, use protective gear, and take necessary precautions. Occasional work in open structures over 100 feet high or in confined underground spaces. The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $130,000 annual salary. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
