Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Your role with us

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in adult health care? In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for our adult health units, actively engaging in problem-solving, data gathering and analysis, and mentoring team members to elevate performance and patient outcomes. You will bring your expertise and initiative to support teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive informed decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a clinical resource, mentoring staff and promoting research-based practice.
  • Guide staff development through instruction, resources, and mentorship.
  • Conduct holistic wellness and illness assessments using evidence-based techniques.
  • Support care for complex patient cases and explore relevant technologies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with providers to develop and implement interdisciplinary care plans.
  • Identify clinical inquiry opportunities to improve outcomes and practice.
  • Set nursing practice standards with unit leadership based on best evidence and specialty guidelines.
  • Promote and support quality improvement and research initiatives.
  • Design system assessments to evaluate organizational structures and functions.
Required qualifications
  • Four years of clinical experience.
  • One year of acute care RN staff nurse experience.
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required. Candidates with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing will also be considered and required to sign an agreement committing to complete their MSN degree within three years of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Advanced Life Support (ACLS).
