The Corporate Strategy team sits at the center of Pinterest within the EPD organization (Engineering, Product, & Design), helping to shape and communicate the company's multi-year growth strategy. We serve as the connective tissue between key product, engineering, sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams to accelerate Pinterest innovation and business growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a company undergoing rapid transformation in a high-impact role, working on the most critical company-wide efforts. The Corporate Strategy Lead, AI role will be responsible for thinking long-term about industry trends, responsible for developing comprehensive market and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions around AI at the company. What you'll do: Deeply understand Pinterest's business model, growth strategy, differentiated product offerings, customers and partners Articulate Pinterest's current market positioning, threats and strategic opportunities in a rapidly changing AI environment Build out relevant datasets and dashboards that uplevel leadership's understanding of internal metrics and facilitate forward-facing modeling and scenario planning Present actionable insights and proposals to the executive team. Collaborate with the Market Intelligence function to synthesize holistic insights for cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, Product and engineering leaders) on the competitive landscape to incorporate into planning and GTM strategy What we're looking for: Familiarity with ML/AI, and ideally GenAI at the consumer, developer, and enterprise level Highly analytical and data driven, with proven storytelling abilities through data visualization and narrative Experience in building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders Comfortable navigating global organization structures and working across cross-functional teams Highly strategic thinker with an adaptive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable with and has experience partnering and influencing across matrixed organizations Python Competency required Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldorequivalent experience In Office Requirement Statement: This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1 time /quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country For employees not located within a commutable distance from this in-office touchpoint, Pinterest will cover T&E. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
