Title Insurance Claims Representative Category Patient Financial Services Location Golden Valley Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Days Work schedule M-F 8 am - 5 pm Req Number PAT-25-00005 Open Date 5/28/2025 Description The Insurance Claims Representative will review and submit all unpaid and denied provider claims, post payment and contract adjustments from various payers according to contract reimbursement agreements, follow up on incorrect claim payments and/or payer requests or questions to ensure maximum reimbursement within established time limit. Position Requirements We seek candidates with a HS education (or GED); associates degree in healthcare related field highly desired. Must have at least one year of experience in a medical office environment with emphasis on medical insurance claims processing. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities required.
