Auria is looking to hire a highly skilled and proactive Systems Administrator III specializing in Microsoft 365 Administration to support and enhance our cloud collaboration environment. This individual will report to the IT Manager to maintain and secure our overall Entra/365 environment, Intune endpoint management, and related services. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
Microsoft Entra/365 Administration
- Manage day-to-day operations of Microsoft Entra/365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and licensing.
- Maintain and optimize Entra, including group policies, conditional access, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Develop and enforce Intune policies for endpoint configuration, device compliance, and application deployment.
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, notifications, and reporting.
Security & Compliance
- Monitor Microsoft Defender, Cloud Application, and Sentinel dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and threat indicators.
- Assist with auditing and compliance tasks, including data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk policies, and Microsoft Purview integration.
- Support vulnerability management, security hardening, and audit readiness NIST 800-171 controls framework.
- Collaborate on incident response planning, remediation, and log analysis related to Entra/365 activity.
Systems Support & Integration
- Ensure reliable access and uptime for all Entra/365 services.
- Integrate Entra/365 with cloud services, and third-party tools as needed.
- Assist with escalated Help Desk tickets that require advanced technical expertise.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical configurations, and system changes.
- Provide support for the development, structure, and access control of SharePoint and Teams sites.
- Support and troubleshoot a variety of Windows and Linux-based systems and servers.
- Support physical and virtual servers on premises.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 5+ years in enterprise IT, with 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Entra environments.
- Experience with Intune (Endpoint Manager), conditional access, MFA, and mobile application management (MAM).
- Proficiency with PowerShell & Microsoft Graph scripting and Microsoft Entra/365 administrative portals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud services, authentication, and device management.
- Excellent written documentation and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT leadership and other stakeholders.

- Experience supporting cloud environments.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $100,000 - $120,000.
