Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate Administrator to join our team in Austin! This is an onsite position in a newly constructed building downtown.

Some things you can expect to do:

Conference Center

  • Perform daily Conference Center Walk Through
  • Maintain Google calendar.
  • Monitor Google Email for any communication pertaining to Conference Center Reservations.
  • Prepare Rental Agreement Contracts as needed.
  • Host Events (Renters and Tenants)
  • Maintain Files in Conference Center folder.
  • Post once per week on Instagram or other social media.

Parking

  • Maintain Outside Venues Event Calendars
  • Update Security Event Calendar monthly.
  • Set/Change parking rates.
  • Create parking badges.
  • Submit billing for Contract Parking

Vendors and Invoices

  • Update Janitorial sign-in sheet.
  • Maintain certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
  • Maintain current Purchase Agreements
  • (As Needed) Manage vendors performing work on L9.
  • Code Invoices in Nexus for:
  • Update Coding Sheet

Conference Center Access

  • Create New Building and Vendor Badges
  • Grant/Limit Building Access for events and gatherings

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of strong administrative experience, with an interest in real estate management.

  • Strong organizational skills, basic accounting/financial knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants.

  • Must have an intermediate to advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel.

You will really stand out if you have:

  • Working knowledge of MRI and JDE.

  • Experience in real estate management.

Eligibility:

  • Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The base pay is $25.00/hr. - $28.00/hr.. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
