Skilled ( >3 experience <15 years) Business Development / Commercial / Marketing Permanent Full - Time What You Can Expect As a Land Agent Advisor, you will support the Land Acquisition team to develop land acquisition strategies for greenfield projects, existing project initiatives, and the acquisition of projects dedicated to renewable energy. In this role you will collaborate with ENGIE management to develop craft and implement successful land acquisition strategies, organize and deliver compelling presentations to landowners, and take ownership of assigned projects by managing timelines, meeting deadlines, and defining clear objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with business development, legal, and project management teams to ensure the success of each initiative, while also managing a minimum of two (2) Land Agents.

Additional Details Must be available to travel domestically up to 60% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving record; for car rentals or personal vehicle while performing company business Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies Compensation Salary Range: $113,900 - $174,570 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
