This new legal executive will report directly to the General Counsel. This lead corporate attorney will have management responsibility and will serve as a true corporate generalist in the department. This attorney will be responsible for a diverse array of legal matters including but not limited to advising on securities laws, corporate governance, and related compliance matters for a public company, including preparing and reviewing SEC filings, supporting the board of directors establishing corporate policies and processes; enhancing corporate governance; supporting M&A, capital markets and other corporate transactions; and other regulatory compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of legal experience with a depth of knowledge and experience as a corporate and securities attorney in a dynamic in-house legal department, ideally at a public or late-stage private technology company. Salary Range
$264,000 - $311,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
