Job Title: Security Installer Location: Richmond, VA Salary: $30-35/hour - based on experience About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Security Installer to join the growing team of our client. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of security systems including CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and intercoms for commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: * Install and configure security systems according to specifications and client needs * Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades * Troubleshoot and repair faulty systems and components * Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local regulations * Provide excellent customer service and support during and after installation * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Qualifications: * Must possess a valid DCJS license (Electronic Security Technician certification) * Proven experience as a security system installer or similar role * Strong knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) * Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams * Familiarity with tools and equipment used in security installations * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
