Job Description

The Enterprise Project/Program Management Associate Manager is accountable for managing a small team of project/program management employees responsible for managing low-medium complexity projects. The Associate Manager may also lead all aspects of multiple complex programs or projects with a high level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Projects may be across multiple functional areas and are of strategic importance to the organization.

Digital Direct to Consumer RV work steam. This team consists of leading a project manager, business analysts, and Quality analysts who support the specialty vehicle RV web sales solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Delivers project communication on complicated projects and issues in an easily understood simplified style to any audience.

* Delivers project results through leadership and influence rather than authority and control; leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills.

* Manages high complexity projects independently with no support or direction from others.

* Directs strategic project/programs of high complexity and impact.

* Sets performance expectations, trains project management techniques and leads by example in raising the level of performance of direct reports and project teams.

* Selects, leads, counsels, and motivates team members.

* Drives project execution. Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements.

* Drives achievement of projects/program success factors.

* Identifies and spearheads improvements in team processes to drive efficiency and/or quality of team.

* Demonstrates thought leadership in problem solving, staff development and effective interaction with senior management.

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).

Experience

* 5 or more years of experience (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This job has supervisory duties.

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - $134,620.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
