Your Opportunity:Taylor Corporation is looking for a Press Operatorsto join the team at ourRadcliff, KY, facility! Your Shift: Sunday - Thursday with overtime as required. 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM Your Responsibilities: Set up and operate PRess equipment based on job requirements and site capabilities Follow job instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate and consistent output Perform regular equipment checks and basic maintenance to keep machines running smoothly Monitor materials and finished products for quality throughout each job run Prepare materials, load supplies, and confirm correct job setup (paper, substrates, etc.) Coordinate with team members and leadership to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety guidelines You Must Have: Mechanical aptitude-comfortable working with machines, tools, and controls Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues Basic math skills and ability to follow measurements and specifications Good reading and comprehension skills for job tickets and instructions Reliable communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team Requirements within this position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand Regularly required to remain in a stationary position Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials Frequently required to move inside the facility Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) We'd Also Like To See: High school diploma or GED Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment (not required) Ability to work with close tolerances and spot small variations in print or materials Interest in learning and growing within a production role About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
