We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Department and play a key role in identifying and welcoming exceptional talent to Landscape Forms. This role supports full-cycle recruiting across several teams, managing everything from sourcing and interviews to onboarding. How You Contribute:

Talent Sourcing
You'll be at the forefront of helping us find our people.





    • Partner with People Business Partners and hiring managers to understand both immediate hiring needs and long-term team goals.
    • Lead full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles, ensuring we select candidates who align with the work and the workplace.
    • Conduct thoughtful phone screens and interviews, digging into both qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Support recruiting projects, including reporting, process documentation, and system improvements in our ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS (UKG).




Candidate Experience
First impressions matter. You'll ensure that every candidate walks away with a clear, professional, and respectful experience, regardless of the outcome.





    • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring prompt communication and an organized process.
    • Build relationships with schools, technical programs, and community partners to expand our reach and grow our talent pipeline.
    • Take the lead on internship and co-op recruiting, helping early-career talent explore meaningful opportunities within our teams.
    • Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires start strong, with the necessary tools and clarity to succeed.

    • Partner on employer branding projects to promote our culture, values, and open roles both internally and externally.
    • Represent the company at hiring events, open houses, and community engagements with professionalism and purpose.
    • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and uphold our safety and compliance expectations at all times.




Criteria forSuccess:





    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
    • Knowledge of Michigan employment laws; familiarity with regulations in other states or countries is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and represent our culture with professionalism
    • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with care
    • Comfortable working independently and across teams, asking thoughtful questions, identifying gaps, and taking initiative to move work forward




Physical Requirements and Work Environment

While performing these duties the individual is regularly required to stand, sit, and walk. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Work environment noise is moderate, and includes multiple office and manufacturing facilities and shifts. This is a hybrid role and will need to meet our flexible work requirements guidelines.
