Trains new employees, and ensures the food safety standards set by the State/Federal/Benedictine are met.

Additional Information Our community in Owatonna, MN, is looking for an experienced Culinary Supervisor/Cook to join our Culinary Team! This position will work a varied schedule, including occassional weekends, to meet the staffing needs of the department and dietary needs of our residents. Hours during the shift would be shared as a combination of Cook and Supervisory duties.
