About the Role

BetMGM is looking to hire a Multimedia Associate Content Producer who can create impactful video content for BetMGM's social channels. The ideal candidate has proven background in video production, experience building social accounts, and a deep understanding of internet culture. This role will cover all parts of BetMGM's business including Sports, iGaming and Poker. The candidate must share a show reel of portfolio of relevant work to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Own production process on key multimedia projects including pitching, producing, editing and delivery.

  • Deliver high impact video content across all owned social channels.

  • Execute short- and long-term projects with a focus on building ownable series and repeatable video formats.

  • Be the "expert in the room," providing guidance, internally and externally. based on knowledge of best practice.

  • Must be able to produce high level content in fast-paced environments including when traveling, at events or during commercial production shoots.

  • Responsible for ensuring our content reflects wide business needs and goals.

  • Become an expert in how the social team operates, utilizing resources to create the most impactful content possible.

Essential Functions

  • You will be a multimedia swiss-army knife, capable of producing, shooting and editing video content. You need to love sport, have a sharp wit and have an eye for brand building.

  • The role will require you to work both independently and as part of the wider social creative team on many different types of content projects across YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and X. This hire will be a content specialist with multi-disciplinary design skills who will help take our content proposition to the next level!

  • The successful candidate will be required to own and be well versed in every step of the production process from pitch to post. This will require working with BetMGM's A-list roster of talent as well as traveling to key events and locations.

  • Above all, the role requires somebody who has endless creative ideas, along with the skills and initiative to bring those ideas to life, with the aim of increasing BetMGM's brand fame and consideration through our channels.

  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in scripting, shooting and editing video material.

  • Proven ability with professional cameras, lighting and sound equipment required.

  • Deep understanding of our brand, what it stands for and how to reflect that in content generation to grow brand resonance and engagement.

  • Demonstrable skills with the full Adobe creative suite: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.

  • Excellent organization skills are essential in this role, the success full candidate must have capacity to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and within budget.

  • Should be a proactive self-starter who self-motivates to constantly challenge the status quo, identifies opportunities and champions them regularly.

  • You will be passionate about all things video, embrace emergent technologies and understand how we can apply new techniques to improve our content.

  • Experience creating iGaming, casino or poker content desirable.

  • History of creating animated brand content desirable.

  • Knowledgeable and passionate sports fan.

The annual salary range for this position is $75000 to $85000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
