Take Charge of the Line: Lead as a Production Manager

Are you an experienced production leader with a passion for efficiency, safety, and top-tier quality? We're seeking a Production Manager in the Cincinnati Metro area to oversee daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and drive results in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Primarily 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Lead the production team to meet or exceed operational goals and customer expectations
  • Ensure quality control, food safety, and GMP/HAACP compliance
  • Communicate across departments to streamline production and resolve issues
  • Monitor schedules to meet shipping deadlines and reduce overtime
  • Oversee training and development of supervisory staff and new hires
  • Address employee performance, absences, and safety incidents
  • Take ownership of departmental efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental impact
  • Manage product recalls, audits, and tracebacks as needed
  • Report mechanical issues and enforce workplace safety and PPE compliance

What You Bring to the Table



  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food production leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and lead by example
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Familiarity with GMP and HAACP standards
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments (approx. 35F) for extended periods
  • GED or equivalent required; college degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain is a plus
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday work
