Procurement Specialist

Staffmark is currently seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic team in St. Charles, IL. If you have experience in procurement or supply chain operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next great career move.

Pay: $27.30 - $31.30 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily purchasing activities for assigned categories
• Review and approve purchase orders in NetSuite
• Manage vendor relationships and track supplier performance
• Resolve accounts payable issues and ERP-related discrepancies
• Ensure contract compliance and support strategic sourcing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely material delivery
• Support invoice and tariff reviews, and assist with budget tracking
• Manage office equipment setups (copiers/printers) and company cell phones
• Complete vendor credit applications and process Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Proficient with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Strong understanding of A/P workflows and vendor compliance requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed
