This position requires to be working in office, 3 - 4 days per week, from our Bala Cynwyd, PA office. Position Summary The Transformation Manager, Real Estate oversees the strategic analysis of real estate and market trends to inform investment, acquisition, disposition, and operational decisions for the company's Transformation initiatives. This role combines deep expertise in real estate with analytical skills to deliver actionable insights that support the company's growth and profitability. The Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across real estate, finance, operations, in the development and market strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and assist in data-driven frameworks to evaluate real estate assets, market conditions, site selection, and portfolio performance.
- Support the creation of dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI's to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze market trends, demographic shifts, and economic indicators to identify risks and opportunities in current and prospective markets.
- Partner with finance, and real estate to support acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development strategies.
- Support and optimize data platforms, real estate systems, and external data vendor relationships.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of real estate data and reporting processes.
- Translate complex data and analytics into clear presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate analytics, portfolio strategy, or real estate finance.
- Experience in automotive aftermarket, commercial real estate, corporate real estate strategy preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate management systems (e.g., Buxton) preferred.
- Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics applied to real estate data preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Deep understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
