Acara Solutions is seeking a
Compensation Specialist (Equity) to work with our client, a large Semiconductor Manufacturing company!
Pay: $35.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Job Type: 6-9 month contract
Summary of Role
In this position, you will assist with the equity compensation programs and policies for Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). This includes data reconciliation, addressing employee queries, and grant administration.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Monthly administration of Equity Grant loads
- Data reconciliation of personnel data and our plan sponsor portal, including discovery analysis, and resolution.
- Respond to employee questions about award status and participation through the designated help mailboxes.
- Collect, track, file the executed agreements required for the fulfillment of enrollments.
- Respond to HRBP requests for data and/or award status.
- Distribute equity compensation transaction reports to GF global payroll teams before and after equity distribution transactions.
- Track and manage Mobility transactions with 3rd party vendor and global payroll teams.
- Assist with security filings in various countries.
- Assist with Annual Merit/Bonus/Equity planning cycle.
- Manage and execute annual stock vests for all equity eligible employees.
Other Responsibilities:
- Fulfill internal ad-hoc reporting requests from HR, Legal, Financial Reporting, and Tax.
- Perform equity compensation analytics and assist other Compensation processes as needed.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Education - Completed Bachelor's Degree in the field of Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Business or related discipline.
- 0-2 years of Compensation or Equity-relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Management of confidential data.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

- Worked with the Stock Administration Platforms
- Ability to work well on independent projects or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to within a global organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills, ability to multitask and shift priorities
- Expert in Excel, Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to draw conclusions from data
