DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join the ReDuX product team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about automation and thrives at the intersection of development, security, and operations. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to build secure, automated CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and integrate security into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices, including static/dynamic code analysis, secrets management, SBOM generation, and policy-as-code.
• Orchestrate toolchains across cloud environments (AWS preferred) to streamline deployment workflows.
• Integrate security scanning tools into pipelines for proactive risk mitigation.
• Support configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Assist in containerizing applications using Docker and managing them via Kubernetes or ECS.
• Document pipeline architecture, workflows, and operational procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Working knowledge of GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and Immutable Infrastructure principles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS preferred).
• Understanding networking, operating systems (Linux/Unix), and container security.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Development background in Java, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, service mesh (e.g., Istio), and cloud-native tools.
• Exposure to SBOM tools, software supply chain security, or FedRAMP compliance frameworks.

The proposed salary range for this role is $****** to $******* USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
